Shipping Method and Carrier

We use FedEx as our main carrier for items ordered online. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

- Ground
- Domestic Express Saver 3 Days
- Domestic Economy 2 Days
- Domestic Standard Overnight

Signature Requirements
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $100.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders placed online can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 States.
To ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, please place your order by calling our Customer Care center at 888-289-6786 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday.

Order Cancelation

Once the order is received, it will be processed within 3 business days. You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Please log into your account to cancel your order or contact our customer service.

When to Expect Your Order

Once the order is received, it will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when it is ready to ship. Then, depending on the selected shipping method, you will receive the order within that timeframe.
